Can't Find mach_kernel

Hi,

I've followed the instructions at http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com/2011/07/ ... -lion.html to install Lion over my 10.6 install but get stuck at the part when I'm supposed to boot into the Installer partition.

When I look at the Installer partition I can see all the installer files in there, but Chimeron won't boot when I select that partition - just throws a "Can't find mach_kernel" error.

Any ideas?

You must copy mach_kernel (Hidden file) to the disk which you restored installESD.dmg on it

Make sure your installer partition is at least 8.0GB - somehow mine was not my first attempt (only 2.xGB) had xMove work complete successfully but it failed with "Can't Find mach_kernel". I went back into disk utility, resized to 8.0GB and re-tried xMove which worked fine then.
