Can't Download Mojave > Need Help

Trying to upgrade from El Capitan. Can't seem to download Mojave from appstore. Stuck at "calculating" with no bar movement. Weird thing is, I'm about to download High Sierra or Catalina just fine. Any reasons why I can't download Mojave?

Google gibMacOS for an alternate method to download Mojave. Then run the commands to move it to Applications, there are a few guides on the net.
