I can't download the beta in my real mac and in my hackintosh.
Any suggestions? I enrolled but can't download it.

I had the same issue when I tried to download Catalina. In my case the update catalog did not include 10.15, even though I had enrolled my Mac into the Beta program. You can manually modify your catalog via the terminal:
sudo /usr/sbin/softwareupdate --set-catalog https://swscan.apple.com/content/ca...ion-snowleopard-leopard.merged-1.sucatalog.gz

I believe that Apple does not update the catalog for some reason... but many people appear to have that problem.
