Can't Download Catalina app with MacBook Pro, Just "Installer.dmg""

Hi, I've read many of the posts, but I cannot find the solution for my quest.
I have a 2011 macbookpro and I cannot download for my machine the catalina.app or older oss. Only the "installer.dmg".
Is there a workaround to create an installation usb starting from that file?
Clover doesn't recognize it even if i put it onto the Application folder.
Any help will be appreciated.

I think support beyond 2012 devices is not permitted by apple.

download from friend's apple device and use this code to put it on your bootable usb named USB

sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Catalina.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/USB  /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Catalina.app --nointeraction

then you try differtent EFI's hit and trial method....

note first you must delete usb and partiton it guid, macos extended, only then it will have a EFI partition where you can put efi folder via clover bootloader.

...or, I could simply clover it from my friend's machine...
