Im finding that every time I reboot, SIP is still enabled.
I am currently on a z370 mobo with Clover 4691 and emulated NVRAM (I believe, I have an nvram.plist in my EFI partiton anyway).
My clover config has CsrActivateConfig set to 0x67
I also tried recovery partition - csrutil disable and sucessfully saw 'System Integrity Protection Disabled'
So why is it that when I actually boot my install of Catalina, SIP is always enabled?
I checked with csrutil status and its coming up as enabled, despite the clover bootflag disabling it!
