Can't Decide Which Motherboard to Get

My current build is aimed at Video Editing in FCPX:

RX 580
16GB RAM
i7 8700k

But I can't decide upon the motherboard.

Looking at the Gigabyte Ultra Gaming Wifi - But I'm not sure whether the Wifi works within a Hackintosh, or whether I'll still need a separate card?

Would anyone else recommend anything else? The Gaming 7 which many seem to use isn't available on Amazon currently.

The WiFi that comes with the motherboard won't work with MacOS. If you want WiFi functions you will need a separate card.

What motherboard would you recommend?

I'm leaning towards Gigabyte, as it seems to be recommended most here. However, other than the "wifi" as stated, I can't see any difference between the boards at £100ish or £250ish (other than some extra RGB)
