Unfortunately not, I only know how to make a Time Machine backup on Mac lol, whilst you're here what is the best anti-virus for Mac?

Never used any Anti Virus product in over 20 years with OS X - its built in, thats why so many people think that its a 'closed' OS.

You can use Disc Utility and its restore feature. Once you have cloned the drive to the second HDD then you must apply the MultiBeast settings from your existing installation. You just change the target drive for MultiBeast to point at. Then swap over and boot into the cloned drive to check it all works properly.
