Do not use FAKECPUID with KernelHaswellE patch

How do I get rid of it? Do I only delete the kext or do I also delete the line in the plist?

Remove both for right now. The FakeCPUID is only good for faking the system into thinking it is X79 instead of X99 so you get powermanagement and speedstepping.
You need to get booted and running first - then worry about PM and SS.
