Can't boot successful into Installer/ Stuck on logo / macOS Sierra

Hey there!

i have a problem, that make me mad for hours.

first of all this is my build:
i5 6600k
gigabyte z170x-gaming 5
2 x 8 gb Crucial Ballistix dddr4
250 gb Samsung 850 evo
no graphic

The computer was successful built (windows is installed). I created a bootable usb after the installation guide. Only ssd and flash drive are connected. All settings in the bios are made. After the boot from the flash drive it comes: see photo

I didn't know which is the right way to enter the installer..

Im having the same issue. I was able to boot yesterday. No dice today. Reset my BIOS and made a new USB boot drive and still having the same issues.

i have the same problem.. BUT there is a nanosecond timout error..
i4440 - i5
GA-H87-D3H
R9 270x Asus 2GB

I was successful. I can enter the installer and install macOS Sierra! I dont know exatly what i did different, but after a bios update i could enter the installer. But the flash drive was not only the "standard" drive after using unibeast. I added kext .. I cant say if this is a importent detail.. i dont try without the new kext..
