Can't boot into the installer

I can't boot into the installer, I have a toshiba C50B laptop, and a DELL Dimension 520, I've tried everything under the sun, multibeast both 10.10 and 10.11 I've tried older bootloaders (I have an array of discs) with 10.6 10.5 even, It's not a rush thing as I also have a Macbook pro retina and a MacPro and it's just an experiment, but it would be nice to get this working for once... any help would be appreciated.

Why don't you select one of those machines to work on, and provide the detailed specs (chipset, CPU, GPU). If you post here, it should be for the desktop. If you want to work on the laptop, you should post to El Capitan Laptop Support.
