Can't boot installer on old PC (Asus IPIBL-LB)

Hi all, i have this problem, maybe someone can figure out how to solve it...

I succeeded installing Mojave and High Sierra with this mobo+cpu configurations:
Asrock G31M-S + Intel E5300 or
Asrock G31M-S + Intel X5460 or
Asus IPIBL-LB + Intel E5100

but with the fourth combination
(the one I wish to use, Asus IPIBL-LB + Intel X5460), I can’t start the MacOs installer;
after booting Clover from usb and choosing “boot MacOs installer...”, it remains stuck on the black screen with the apple and (empty) progression bar

I tried all bios settings combinations...
Obviously both motherboards and CPU's are compatible with this two MacOS versions considering I succeeded with the first 3 combinations,
so I think this can be solved somehow with bios or clover tweaks...


Oher specs:
Asus GT710 graphic card
Ram 4GB DDR2
Clover version 2.4k
rev 4862 build 2019-01-25 for Mojave,
rev 4428 build 2018-04-06 for High Sierra

Both mobos does not support the X5460 officialy
but this one is modded to mount on my (775) socket
and I updatet the bios microcodes of both mobos to recognize the cpu.
The result is that both mobos recognise the x5460 cpu in the bios and in Windows, all works like it was supported officialy.

My argument is:
given that
MacOS works with E5300 cpu on both mobos
and with X5460 cpu on Asrock mobo,
and that both bioses +Windows regognizes correctly the X5460 cpu,
i dont think this could be the problem
In the Asrock bios I can disable a lot more thinghs compared to the Asus bios....
maybe the issue is in some X5460 feature enabled only on the Asus mobo?

(sorry for the many edits, I am not very good with english....that should be more understandable)
