cant boot after upgrade

Hi,

i have follow the howto guide and after upgrade i cannot boot into new OS, i have attached the photo of verbose mode.
have try with GraphicsEnabler=No with no success.

any ideas?

Q6600, gigabyte P35-DS4, GT220

hi,

i try:
- safe boot
- remove some kext ( NVEnabler, NVClockX, RealtekRTL81xx HDAEnabler889a, ITEIT87x )
- Single-user mode
- PCIRootUID=0

nothing works!
