I've been searching and searching (I spent 3 days total) and it seems people have more questions than answers.
I remember I updated the MinKernel and MaxKernel and stuff, but it didn't fix it.

This version works with my X570-I board and my 5900X Cpu. I changed the core counts to 16 to account for your 5950X CPU. It should enable the i211V Ethernet controller but not neither your Realtek Ethernet Controller or Intel Wireless/ Bluetooth, those can be added later if this boots for you. Please give it a try and report back.

The problem is now fixed
The problem was the:
github.com/AMD-OSX/AMD_Vanilla

The patches section was causing the computer not to boot.
I spend like 2 days trying to figure what was wrong.

I enabled OpenHfsPlus.efi again
I also downloaded the latest version of :
AMDRyzenCPUPowerManagement.kext

That helped.
