Did you mean to say the 5950X processor? Please post your EFI folder without the serial numbers.

Here is the config.plist file

Your config.plist kernel/ patches section that defines your core count appears to be wrong. Yours should be set to see 32 cores instead of 24 like my set up. Check below for a link to the correct values to edit.

Also make sure you have updated all your core kexts and OpenCore to the latest versions

Yes I have downloaded the latest versions of everything
I will use ProperTree, delete and re-add all the parches to see if that works
