Hello, I have a problem installing macos high sierra. I had version 10.13 updated from sierra and it worked. Then when I updated to 10.13.1 I could not boot at all and received a message like "the volume was modified".
After this I decided to fresh install high sierra following the unibeast method. I get past the first installation step and after the first restart when booting from install disk it starts the installation and then I receive the message in the screenshot attached. Have any idea what could be the problem?
Thank you in advance.

disconnect any additional drive connected if any, its sometime simple stuff which creates issue just keep the boot drive connected and try fresh or just try to boot up with the drive connected
