Cannot get 4K 60Hz on Intel Graphics 620 - MateBook X Pro 2018

I am using the Kext files from https://github.com/gnodipac886/MatebookXPro-hackintosh

4K 60Hz works on my Windows 10 partition but I Cannot get 60Hz using Mac Os Catalina. Please help.

I do not even see the option in SwitchResX. I am using a USB-C to HDMI adapter with HDMI 2.0 cable.

Make sure you have Lilu + WhatEverGreen installed, then add -cdfon as a boot argument which will activate WEG's pixel clock patches and you should then be able to run at 4K @ 60Hz from the iGPU.
