Cannot fix UEFI booting with Clover

After accidentally deleted my EFI partition, I was only able to boot into macOS using an external USB stick. Re-partition the EFI partition and re-install Clover on that EFI partition won't work, no Clover options show up in boot menu. Any idea of how to make a boot entry?
I'm using NUC6i5SYH

I think I solved this by erasing the EFI partition multiple times and then install using Clover.
