Cannot boot Mac OS High Sierra from HD but can boot from the USB

Ok, So I installed the EFI partition on my hard drive, when I boot into it the only thing that I can see is "Install macOS High Sierra" thing and "Windows Legacy 1/2/3", although if i boot from the bootable usb the Hackintosh OS shows up..

Any suggestions what to do...?

I am also in a similar situation. Can boot from the unibeast USB, but I am trying to boot from Clover 4318 on the SSD EFI; at Clover screen, I only see option for "Install macOS High Sierra" but not the actual installed OS.

!Only If you have option with name "Launch efi shell from filesystem device" in BIOS!
You can rename BOOTX64.EFI to SHELLX64.EFI (in this folder /EFI/BOOT) and copy it to /EFI.
Then go to BIOS after restart and choose "Launch efi shell from filesystem device". This helped me.
