Cannot Boot into Windows 8.1 [Clover]

Ok so I have Clover and installed Yosemite but cannot boot into Windows 8.1, there is an option to choose Boot Microsoft Efi but it restarts and does not boot into windows. This is my partition scheme:

6: DE94BBA4-06D1-4D40-A16A-BFD50179D6AC 471.9 MB disk0s6
7: DE94BBA4-06D1-4D40-A16A-BFD50179D6AC 471.9 MB disk0s7

I have tried to follow other guides but they have not worked. In my /EFI/EFI/Microsoft/Boot/ there is a bootmgfw-orig.efi which I copied from the windows hardrive boot and renamed it. I do not know if Windows 8.1 was installed in UEFI mode and wouldn't mind reinstalling if that is the only way. Can anyone please help me with this?

It appears you have installed Windows in UEFI mode. Restore the Windows bootloader and see if you can boot Windows standalone (not from Clover).

How can I restore the bootloader? I have tried to go on the cd and chose repair but it says the drive is locked.

Edit: Reinstalled windows 8 with UEFI USB installer guide and it worked.
