Cannot boot into OS from USB/HDD/SSD

I have a Hackintosh the OS was recently updated. I cannot boot into any MacOS related medians, clover from HDD is elder version, so I made a new USB from unibeast, but it was not able to boot neither, nor is the SSD from another Hackintosh. Windows boots normally from HDD, I reset the BIOS to factory default, and set XHCI handsoff enable, VT-D disable like the tutorial said, all stuck on Apple logo with progress bar.
