Cancel sleep mode function

I do not remember where, but I read that there was a kext annulling the idle mode and thus prevents crashes PC.

Does anyone know anything?

Do you refer to NullCPUPowerManagement?

Prevents native speed step from being used.

Then to enable computer sleep you need additional kexts like SleepEnabler; and VoodooPower to get some speed stepping back etc.

I have tested with sleepenabler kext, but the whole system is blocked and does not enter sleep mode, but more worrying is that after I start ... I was obliged to start from the CD with iBoot.

I have to install any other additional kext besides this to make it run.

The NullCPUPowerManagement disable sleep mode?

Right now the only thing that does not work, well that and the wireless (intel 5100), but does not worry me because I can use a USB wifi ...
