This build should be compatible with MacOS High Sierra, but not the latest Mojave due to the lack of Nvidia web drivers for the GTX 1060.

Thank you for your answer!
And what do you advise me to have something sustainable for the upcoming OS (or at least for Mojave) ?

If you could replace Nvidia with AMD

Oh ok !
But the problem is Nvidia is better for After Effect, I think it's CUDA that I need.
There is no GTX compatible with my configuration? I am ready to take a GTX 1070 if it is necessary.

EDIT
In reality, here are pros & cons of AMD / NVidia possibilities that will help me :

AMD
- Not suitable with After Effect
- Compatible with the latest OS

NVidia
- Adapted to After Effect with CUDA technology
- Not compatible for the moment with the latest OS

As I want a job to work at 95%, I want priority performance on After Effect (which I use on 50% of my days), I think NVidia choose.

Do you have other alerts / vigilance to give me ?

I am afraid of having sound, display or USB port problems. How do I know if my motherboard is really suitable for a hackintosh ?
Second question: Can MacOS use the Wifi / Bluetooth device that the motherboard has or you have to take a special WiFi / Bluetooth ABWB 802.11AC card like this one ? (Link Amazon)
