can You do a guide of CCC for Dummies..like me?

Hi,
I'm new in the hackintosh world and this is my first experience. I did make a skylake hackintosh following the ammulder guide.
All works good!.
I would to do a bootable clone of my system El Capitan 10,11,6, using a second ssd only for this purpose....but I don't know how.
I have to purchase CCC...but after that?. ok...clone my hd where El Capitan is....but, in order to make bootable the CCC ssd?. I did read about Multibeast but I'm confused. Can a holy saint explain step by step how to make a bootable CCC ssd?...yes, a guide for dummies!.

1. Clone your hard drive with CCC.
2. Mount the EFI partition of your original drive with EFI Mounter v3.
3. Mount the EFI partition of your clone drive with EFI Mounter v3.
4. Copy the /EFI folder (and all contents) from the EFI partition on your original drive to the EFI partition on your clone drive.
5. Shutdown.
6. Disconnect your original drive.
7. Boot from your clone drive to confirm a successful installation.

I know this is a terrible old thread.
Do the steps change at all if you are using an external USB 3.0 Clone drive? I have done the steps above except for pulling the SSD from my laptop. Right now the boot is just stalling when I pick the external Clone in Clover. I am using Mojave 10.14.6and APFS.
