It's a Kernel Panic, I can't quite read them properly, has something to do with these kexts, AppleAHCIPort.kext, IOPCIFamily.kext, IOAHCIFamily.kext, which are failing, are you booting via Unibeast?

Upon boot use 'Verbose' (-v) then post another screen shot.

Also I don't know why your Darwin Version is 9.5? Should be 12.0 if installing Mountain Lion?

I know This is exactly BIOS problem. First check your BIOS Setting and then try another way
