Can only boot with IGPEnabler=No with Intel HD 4000

So, I'm having a problem. I can only boot if I use IGPEnabler=No. If I don't, the screen gets all streched on the top of the monitor, and I can't see anything. Is it possible to fix it?

So I am confused. What OS are your attempting to use? What is the GPU that you are attempting to use?

And what is the video output (port and display details)? And is this system in your side bar?

Ops, sorry, forgot to mention.
Here goes my system
Core i5 3570k
Sabertooth z77
8GB RAm GSkill
Intel HD 4000
Yosemite 10.10.2
I'm trying to connect it on the HDMI of the motherboard. Yes, that is my system. At least it used to be. A lighting strike killed my GTX 780, so I'll have to use the Intel HD 4000. I forgot to change it.
