Can not install High Sierra

I feel like I have tired almost everything but every time I get to the part where it is ready for me to install it says cannot be installed on this computer. I am able to get past the clover installer.

my system is
i7 6700
generic ram 16 gigs
msi gaming pro B250m
no graphics card

Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you.

try format the HDD to fat32 and erase the disk, destory the data on the disk first.

re-partition the hdd to HFS+ filesystem and try again, the installation program do not like your old data.

that did not work, it still gives me the same message as before.
