Can I use Windows Non-UEFI and MacOS on the same PC with separate Hard Drives?

Title. I wouldn't mind if windows doesn't show up in the clover boot screen as long as I can toggle the initialisation of Windows and MacOS through the BIOS. I already have MacOS installed on a SSD and Windows installed Legacy mode on a HDD. Can't use a rack because I can't find any with a decent price where I live.
