can i use iTune AppStore without credit card in apple id.

i have apple id register with appleid.apple.com and use with iTune but
it show like this

but there isn't "none" radio box.

Hi,

You need to pick one of the cards from the choices offered and supply them with the credit card number. This card is then tied to your Apple ID. This is so when you purchase anything from the store it is automatically charged. Without this it is not possible to purchase from the store.

You CAN have an iTunes Store account without a credit card!
I bet you went to iTunes,signed out and then you started making a new account.This is wrong. you have to:
1.open iTunes,Go iTunes store and sign out!

2.go to AppStore in iTunes,choose a random app in the menu on the right

3.Now you will be asked to sign in or make a new account,and this time you will see the NONE option

Yeah if you accidentally click an app or one of you children do, you wont get charged! =P
