Can i update my Gigabyte p67 bios without windows?

Building a system for a friend, and i'd like to update the mobo (ga-p67x-ud3-b3) to the f4 bios before installing os.

Do i need to install windows and use the gigabyte utility? or is there an easier way to do this without using an os?
