I have these configuration on my PC.
Processor : Intel i5-2400 3.10 GHz
Motherboard : Intel DH61WW (chipset intel sandy bridge)
Ram : 6GB DDR3 1600Mhz
GPU : Msi Twin frozr geforce gtx 750 ti 2GB/OC
550W thermaltake brand cooler

Can i install yosemite (to run xcode 6) on my machine? If not, which parts i have to change?
