Can I Install Mac OS X high sierra on my PC ?

my dad brought me a new computer and I want to install Mac OS on my computer .But I want to make sure my computer can install Mac OS on my 250GB HDD because I installed windows 10 on 1TB

Here my computer specs :
Intel core i7-7700K
Asus H110M-K Motherboard
Kingston Hyper X 8 GB
GTX 1050ti
1TB HDD + 250GB HDD

Your system should be compatible with MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 and High Sierra.

Hi, could you give me some infos on how you installed mac os with this setup? I have the same hardware as you, except I have a GTX 1070. Could you help me please?
