Can i install lion on intel dg35ec

I want to install Mac OSX Lion on moi pc below are moi specs :-
Intel DC 35EC
Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4 GHz Q6600
Kingston 4 gb DDR2 800 MHZ
1TB WD

not a gamer , 9400gt ,9500gt ,9600gt , gt 210 , gt430 , HD 6450 , need latest games HD 5770 ,HD 6850 ,HD 6870 all are supported OOB in os x
