Looks like some have gotten it to work even with Yosemite so it's worth a try.
You'll need a DSDT. So you can either patch your own or flash your bios to F9
and give this one a try. http://www.tonymacx86.com/dsdt/40692-gigabyte-ga-p35-ds3l-dsdt.html

Let us know how it goes.

So after some troubleshooting and research I am currently running OS X 10.10.4 (14E46) I flashed my bios as recommended and used unibeast followed by MultiBeast Version 7.4.0 (1). Currently no issues I've installed flash watched videos with functioning audio through 3mm headphone jack. No wireless card on my desktop so I've configured internet sharing through one on my laptops so ethernet is up and running with AppleRTL8169Ethernet.kext. I also used boot flags GraphicsEnabler=Yes PCIRootUID=1. The installer required a -x boot flag in order to get to the language selection screen. I also had to use command Q to get out of the setup assistant in order to get to the desktop to use MultiBeast.

Thanks for the suggestion and motivation!
