Hello all!

I have built a Hackintosh with Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H, Xeon e3 1230v2, and Gigabyte nVidia GT550 display card.

I have successfully upgraded to ML10.8.2 using combo update, everything works fine, except one issue:

Every time I boot I have to use the Unibeast USB drive, by choosing the system disk and typing PCIRootUID=0

I have installed Chimera into the boot up disk, I also selected the system disk and typed PCIRootUID=0, but it hangs up after the grey dial-up screen and became black.

Can I install the Unibeast boot into my system disk, so that I don't need to depend on my Unibeast drive? or any other methods to solve my problem? Thanks very much for your help!

I would be looking into your BIOS settings. Have a look at the boot device specification. If you've got a UEFI BIOS there are probably two names for the boot drive. Whichever you're using: try the other one.
It might be that simple.
