Hi guys
Im slowly progressing with installing OSX, i have now got a little further and actually get a progress bar! I have tried both clover and verbose but im getting the same error (please see the pic)

Do you think this has something to do with my nvidia 980?

First rule of debugging is to disable or remove the offending devices. I see bluetooth listed in there so that's the first thing you should remove to see if it boots normally.

Anyone help please? not sure what to do now

Disable your Serial port(s) in your BIOS settings.

Please change your profile / sig to correctly reflect your hardware - Your GTX 980 is not mentioned anywhere.

Strange , I thought I updated my profile yesterday and I wlll give the serial port settings a try when I get home from work

If disabling your serial port doesn't fix the issue - I've seen some have success with the following config.plist patch (I ended up stumbling across this 3rd party through someone else - so unfortunately, I don't know who to give original credit to):

Code:
<key>ACPI</key>
    <dict>
        <key>DSDT</key>
        <dict>
            <key>Patches</key>
            <array>
                <dict>
                    <key>Comment</key>
                    <string>UART Patch</string>
                    <key>Find</key>
                    <data>
                    QdAFAQ==
                    </data>
                    <key>Replace</key>

                    </data>
                </dict>
                ...
