Buying OS X Moutain Lion

Hey,

I think I have a quite a big problem..

I have Ivy Bridge CPU pc with 10.6.6 snow leopard installed which doesn't recognize my cpu properly..
I want to download my ML and start everything again installing this system, but when I click on "buy app" in app store it gives me a message saying that I need specific processors for ML and it doesn't let me to buy it..

are they any other options to download this installer?

Well if have access to mac or hackintosh that can/does run ML, you could buy on that machine using your Apple ID.

I'm not sure how you'd go about fixing the CPU recognition problem. Changing the mac model your computer is emulating might help. That's the "MacPro3,1" or "Imac11,1" you'll find in your boot flags file (the name escapes me at the moment) in your extras folder. I'm not sure what you should change it to though.

you see the problem is that I don't know anyone with a mac or a place like library with macs..

I know that the SL doesn't support my CPU so it might be a problem :
