Buying advice on X79 2011

I aquired a new 3930k processor through work and plan using it in an upcoming build. I am trying to find what is the best supported hardware for it. I am having issues choosing a motherboard and video card. I heard the new 6XX series are supported in mountain lion which is awesome.

Here is my list so far of items, wondering if all of the items are supported, but I stil dont know about the motherboard and video card need help with that.

You have to realize if you choose to build a machine of this magnitude that there are some quirks. There is no sleep, and power management.
