Buy USB Bluetooth Adapter for Ventura

Have a look at this Acidanthera Github page - https://github.com/acidanthera/BrcmPatchRAM

Specifically the section about BT devices supported in Monterey or newer that require BlueToolFixup.kext.

BrcmPatchRAM - BlueToolFixup.kext

It lists a number of bluetooth devices that work in Monterey. Some devices have an * against them and have been tested, others are assumed to work because they use the same Broadcom Chipset.

See if any of these are available in your county.

You have a good chance of a device that works in the most recent release of macOS Monterey also working in Ventura, but as with any PC component you need to do your research before pressing the purchase button.
