Bus 14 already taken

Hallo, I've built a new hack with my Maximus X, an 8700K and a new RX 5700 XT. When I boot off Unibeast and continue on SSD it works fine. When I boot directly off SSD however it halts on the 'bus 14 already taken' error.
I hadn't seen this in a long long time. Am am I looking at a clover or bios problem, or something else still ?

Since it did start from the usb, I simply deleted the EFI folder on the SSD and replaced it with the one from the stick. Seems to work fine.
