Building Hackintosh with G1.Sniper M3 MB?

Just wanted to double check before going to the store...

i am building my 2nd hackintosh , this is for my Mixing Studio..

CPU: ntel CPU Core i5-2310 2.9 GHz
Mobo: Gigabyte M/B Intel G1.Sniper M3
Memory: x1 Kingston DDR3 4GB 1333MHz
HDD: Western Digital Scorpio Blue 1tb


I read that this will work.. but could not find to many info on this mobo with lion?

i am going for this because this is what is available on my near store for my tight budget... and i don't want a cheap motherboard

will this work ?

No, it will not work, as the network and audio chips are incompatible. If you want to run it without sound or ethernet, it works

If it works with OSX, then yes, it will work with that motherboard.

You may want to buy an external NIC as well if you want ethernet.

The sniper M3 use Intel Gigabit lan, doesn't hackintosh support that?

Onboard audio WORKS!!! (on it's big brother at least ,but I am pretty sure they have the same audio chipset) I used the Voodoo HDA 2.7.3 The only problem is there is no software volume control. So you will have to control the volume with your speakers. Another bug is that in the settings app the front port is listed as the back and vice versa.
