Build Shuts Off on Touch Sometimes

Sometimes when I move or touch the build, it shuts off. I've made sure all cables are connected all the way. It seems to be more sensitive around the heatsink area. So if I press on the heatsink, the system shuts on and off. The heatsink fan overlaps onto the ram sticks (which is normal), so I'm not sure whether it's a heatsink problem or ram problem. Or maybe it's something else altogether. Any ideas?

Now it seems like just touching and pressing the case shuts off the system. Please help.
