How has your HackaShaq Mac Pro worked out for you so far ? Has it met your expectations ?
Were you able to buy all the components for under $1800 ?

I follow what @trs96 asked you :)

I was right under $1800 and so far I'm very happy with all this.

Awesome, I have few more questions to ask you!

1) Regarding the bluetooth were you able to connect the magic mouse/trackpad successfully?
2) What about Airdrop?
3) Have you encountered any problems during the installation?
4) Did you have to install any drivers? Which ones?

Also, I made an Amazon list with pretty much your hardware, I opted for a 16GB DDR4 2400 MHz and a Sapphire Radeon RX 580 PULSE 8GB, I was wondering if you could go through it just to double check that everything is fine before I made a purchase, this is my first custom Hackintosh and I don't want to screw things up since I've been saving up money for a while.

Here's the link to my list https://www.amazon.it/registry/wish...r_cp_ep_ws_ra8mBbX1Y72ZZ&tag=tonymacx86com-21

Thank you so much in advance!

1) Regarding the bluetooth were you able to connect the magic mouse/trackpad successfully?
>> Yes, Mouse & Trackpad work fine.

2) What about Airdrop?
>> I've not tried Airdrop, but phone calls do come in via Mac.

3) Have you encountered any problems during the installation?
Nothing too unusual, check the new golden build with this MB/Graphics card for a great walkthrough.

4) Did you have to install any drivers? Which ones?
>> No drivers. I tried to do a very 'clean' install. Have had to check kexts and stuff, but only within EFI.

My only sniglet right now is the sound... it works fine, but my line-out is labeled 'headphones'. I've not had a chance to chase that down yet.
