Build For 10 Year Old Niece

Hi All,

I wanted some advice. I'm building another hackintosh for my niece using g4560 as CPU, are there any cheap GPU's with native support in OSX i can use in a mini-itx build?

I don't want to use any of the 1xxx series cards since they cost about $100 bucks ++ each.

I want to pay around $25-50 bucks since this is a 10 year old girl. I don't expect her to game much on this thing.

Any advice is welcome!

loads to choose from if you go 2nd hand.
8400gs, 8500gt, 8600gt, 8800gt (gts gs etc), gt210, gt410, gt450, 9400gt, 9500gt, 9600gt. all dirt cheap

Will These work in Sierra?
specifically the 8400gs (its the only one i found on amazon) and its hella cheap?

You could pay ten dollars more for the GT 710 and have a much better card that has been verified to work with Sierra. You'll also be able to power a higher resolution display.

just to update- i actually just picked up a zotac 8400gs for £10 and it works in sierra with injectinvidia in clover.
no audio over hdmi with this card though.

thank you i went with gt710 and i get full acceleration using the web drivers.

but i'm getting a kernel panic now and i'm not sure why.
