I Just wanted to check if my build is compatible

Mother Board: Gigabyte B75N Mini ITX
CPU: Core i3 3240
Ram: Corsair Value select 4gb
PSU: Thermaltake lite 250 watt

If it is compatible please can you show me a link to build my first hackintosh

The major problem here is that the CPU does not support Intel HD Graphics 4000; it supports Intel HD Graphics 2500 which is not supported OOB in OS X.

You could change CPU or add a supported GPU card.
