Budget mATX Corsair CS550M making clicking noise

Hey guys, finishing up my first build and I've come across a weird problem. My power supply keeps clicking whenever I try to boot the computer. I've attached a video to show what my problem is and would appreciate any assistance.

Do you think the PSU is not strong enough? I'm using what the site recommended for a PSU for this build.

550W is plenty for a lot of modern builds. PSUs shouldn't make that noise. Is there something in the fan? If not it probably needs an RMA.

Your power supply is toast - time to send it back for replacement (assuming it's still under warranty).
