Hi everyone,
I'm planning on building a budget Final Cut Pro X machine. The plan is to edit HD Prores on this machine, and some 4K in the future.
Right now I'm editing on a 2017 13" MacBook Pro with integrated GPU, dual core i5 and 8GB of ram. Not fast enough.
I've picked a parts list and was wondering what people think of it?
I'm aiming for budget with upgrade possibilities, and easy compatibility.
Wifi is not a prerequisite, Bluetooth neither. Might add a OSXwifi card in the future when I feel it's worth it.
Anyone has any pointers for this FCPx build? And should I enable iGPU, heard some conflicting stories.
