I'm planning on building a budget build, I got all the parts chosen out the only problem is the Motherboard.

Parts List:
Processor: Intel Core i3-3225
Case: Fractal Core 1000
Ram: 4x2GB 8GB RAM Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 500GB 7200RPM
PSU: PCP&C Silencer MkIII 400W
Motherboard: The only budget one I can find locally is the Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H However the board listed on the customac page is a GA-B75M-D3P. I know someone people have tried the board (D3H) I am thinking of getting, is there any issues at all I should be worried about? or is it all good?

Thanks

The D3H has Realtek audio and lan so should be all right. The parts list looks OK, although I would go with 2x4Gb of ram and leave the option of another 8Gb down the road a bit.

Thanks! Haha the RAM was a typo, I did mean to say 2x4GB :D.
For a power supply, I was looking at either the Silencer MkIII or a Corsair CX430W.

Would the Silencer be a trustworthy brand to go with? I'm looking at it since the Core 1000 doesn't have that many options for cable management and the Silencer is modular.

Anandtech was very luke warm on the Silencer due to the attempt to direct the air flow doing more blocking than directing.

Try this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151124

Given the smaller size of the Core 1000 case it should work quite well. Some people want full modular on their PSU's but I prefer the 24pin board power and 8pin(or 4+4 pin) CPU power be soldered in and sleeved from the PSU to the board connector. SeaSonic is a very good brand and makes reliable PSUs. The 550W model in this series has a very good rating, and although this 450W model is so new there are no user reviews on NewEgg, I would expect it to be every bit as good as the 550W model.
