I'm using macOS 10.14, Windows 10 (and Ubuntu 18.04 but that's not the priority).

I used one of these for a while and it worked pretty well. I've since installed an internal card with Bluetooth and haven't used it in a long time so I don't know if it works as well with newer versions of macOS...
