Suggests hardware problem, run MemTest

Could this be a Meltdown or Spectre related problem?
I installed Windoze on a different disk and Luxmark also causes a reboot there (when operating on both processor and GPU).
@toleda : have you tried that with your i5-5675c?

Hardware problem confirmed: nano PSU 150 (I am using a passive case) causes/has problems.
With big desktop PSU no problems.
