Sometimes when I boot up my computer it will lag at the checking RAM part of the BIOS post screen for longer than usual and then not be able to load the bootloader. I then have to do a hard reset and it usually will boot after that. I though this was a problem with my bios but it is still happening after I flashed it to more recent firmware. Any ideas? This will mostly happen when I hit restart within OS X or when the installer wants to restart or logout. As far as I have seen it rarely happens when I fully shutdown. I know this is not a large problem which is why I have not really spent much time on it but it might be a sign of a larger problem and it is annoying and keeping me from a 100% functional hackintosh. My specs are as follows. I am running 10.6.8 .
